Our People

Really Regenerative's Regenerators

The Really Regenerative Centre CIC is a community interest company led by a group of directors and supported by a wide collective of regenerative practitioners from all over the world.  Many of our colleagues have developed their knowledge and practice in our learning journey programmes and joined us to further develop that practice in the field.  We are all committed to enabling the conditions for regenrative economies, ecologies and cultures from place wherever we work in the world.

Directors

Jenny Andersson , Founder & Director

Jenny founded Really Regenerative in March 2020 (bad timing!). Having spent 30 years in international development, brand strategy, communications, and sustainability design, Jenny embarked on a new learning journey seeking strategies and processes commensurate with the global systemic crisis. Regeneration was the answer she found. The fractals of place is the territory that grounds all our work. Jenny leads programme development and place-based institutional support. Her place is Midhurt, Sussex.

Mila Aliana, Director

Mila’s boss is the univese. A uniquely perceptive regenerative thinker, designer and systems evolutionist, Mila works with global organisations on systems evolution. She steers RRCIC’s strategic development and ensures we all continue to develop and align with life’s regenerative impulse. Mila designs pathways into the future which fuse technolgy, indigenous wisdom and human development. Mila’s place is travelling the world in support of regeneration.

Josie Warden, Director

Josie is a brilliant designer, writer, pattern developer and spaceholder.  She has been designing regenerative strategies for organisations for 5 years now after extensive study of living systems design.  Josie designs and hosts deep inquiry into systems change. She recently led our 4 month inquiry for Joseph Rowntree Foundation into the conditions and capabilities that would accelerate place-based community-led regeneration.  Josie’s place is Camberwell, London.
