I am a regenerative practitioner, strategist and agent for change who walks side by side with brands, organisations, cities and municipalities who want to be part of the movement to create a new regenerative economy. As a strategist, facilitator and educator, I harness the power of the collective intelligence of organisations and communities to create visions for the future they want – together – and find the vitalising energy, psychological safety and will to sustain long term change.
I care deeply about healing the story of separation between humanity and nature, and between humans themselves through divisive cultural, social and economic barriers. I believe strongly in the power of connection between people and place. My work helps to surface the bio-culturally unique stories of people and place which set and sustain vision to travel to tomorrow’s regenerative future
What I Do Best
As a strategist I do my best work helping organisations to create a culture of courage around a clear strategic vision, and bravely experiment and iterate towards that vision in an often unpredictable world.
As an educator, I design inclusive learning journeys for leaders, organisations and communities to help explore complex challenges in co-creative processes. These are learning journeys which fertilise the soil for change through shifting participants to a regenerative mindset, but which also activate and nourish the fields of change to deliver generative, achievable and disruptive innovation ideas, and adaptable, flexible plans to allow them to take root and grow.
As a facilitator, I help curate and host conversations for change that seed fresh thinking and ideas, and explore complex and difficult subjects we would often rather not talk about, but which are essential for regenerative culture to flourish. I create safe spaces in which challenging dialogue can happen so that collaboration can flourish.
As a lifelong systemic thinker, I have often been gifted the epithets ‘dot-joiner’ ‘neo-generalist’ ‘sense-maker’ and ‘pattern weaver’. I call on 30+ years of experience developing communications strategies for change for global purpose-led brands and scale-ups. I hold an MBA from London Business School, MSc in Psychology, am a qualified Regenesis Regenerative Practitioner and applied Biomimicry for Social Innovation practitioner, a founding member of Kate Raworth’s Doughnut Economics Action Lab design team, and sit on the board of Coast2Capital the local economic partnership for Sussex and Surrey.
